Refund & Cancellation Policy – UYIKA
At UYIKA, we prepare every bowl fresh to ensure the highest quality. Since our products are perishable, we follow a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy.
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 5 days before is acceptable.
Once preparation has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
The wrong item was delivered.
The product was damaged upon arrival.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after preparation/delivery.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond UYIKA’s control.
Incorrect address or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
4. Replacement Policy
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, UYIKA will replace the product at no extra cost.
Proof of issue (photo or video) may be requested for verification.
