Refund & Cancellation Policy – UYIKA

At UYIKA, we prepare every bowl fresh to ensure the highest quality. Since our products are perishable, we follow a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy.

  1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 5 days before is acceptable. 

  • Once preparation has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

   2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

    • The wrong item was delivered.

    • The product was damaged upon arrival.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

   3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after preparation/delivery.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond UYIKA’s control.

  • Incorrect address or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.

  4. Replacement Policy

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, UYIKA will replace the product at no extra cost.

  • Proof of issue (photo or video) may be requested for verification.
